Northowram Methodist Church is a warm and welcoming church community. Our Church membership covers a wide age range of people who strive to be "people of God".

The members of Northowram Methodist Church invite you to Sunday morning worship each week at 10.30am.

The building is fully accessible with ramped access, disabled facilities, stair lift into church and a loop system available for hearing aid users both in the church & in the church hall during major events.

The Young At Heart Group

The Young at Heart club is for men and women aged 55 and over. It meets on Monday mornings
between 9.30 and 12.30 The club enjoys games, activities and fellowship.
Covid regulations as agreed by Northowram Church Council i.e. Ventilation and Hand Sanitisation are adhered to.

Afternoon Craft Club

Afternoon Craft Club is open to all adults and meets twice a month on a Monday between 2pm and 4pm.

The windows will be opened to provide ventilation to combat the transmission of Covid19.

Luncheon Fellowship

The Luncheon Fellowship meets on a Wednesday at 12.30 pm. We open with a hymn and a short talk followed by Soup, sandwiches and cake.

Ladies' Guild

Ladies Guild meets each first Wednesday of the month at 2.00pm. Various speakers come each month to entertain us followed by tea and biscuits. The meetings are open to all . Occasional outings are arranged.
The cost is £3.00 per meeting.

Flower Club

Flower Club meets at 9.15am on a Thursday morning for demonstrations and a "hands on" session of flower arranging. The group meets for blocks of eight weeks at various times throughout the year.

Keep Fit for the Older person

Sessions take place each Thursday and last 1 hour, followed by tea and biscuits.
The exercises are either seated on a chair or standing. No special clothing is required and the meetings are open to anyone and you can just do what you feel able. The Instructor is lovely and a fun time is usually enjoyed by us all. Cost is £3.00. Please come and join us.
