News from Illingworth Moor

On 1st December we erected a wooden Christmas Tree in the graveyard facing Keighley Rd having invited the local community to make things to hang on it. The intention being to bring a bit of colour into the area.

On Christmas Eve we are hoping to deliver up to 40 Christmas dinners, free of charge. These will be for those who used to come to our Friday lunch club, and anyone else on their own or in need in the local community.

We are going to hold an on line raffle to win a Christmas food hamper.

We are going to be sending on line group Christmas greeting cards. This will save money on individual cards and the money saved will go to Overgate Hospice.
