Safeguarding Network Meeting – Poster & Invitation – Saturday 21 March 2026

Attached the poster for the upcoming Calderdale Circuit Safeguarding Network meeting.

Saturday 21 March 2026 10:00am – 12:00pm

Highgate Methodist Church, Stretch gate Lane, Halifax HX2 0EN

The session will cover:

• Updates on policies and procedures
• Guidance on where to find key safeguarding resources
• Review of progress on the 2025 audit and action plan
• Using clusters to organise training
• Succession planning and shared responsibilities
• Any other safeguarding concerns you wish to raise

The meeting is open to all Church Safeguarding Officers (ideally accompanied by a
Church Steward).

accordingly.
