Upcoming Community Events – All Welcome – Boothtown & Southowram – June 2026

Attached details of two upcoming events at Boothtown & Southowram Methodist Church.

The Great Cake Competition will take place on Saturday 13 June (2:00–4:00pm) – a fun and friendly event with a range of baking categories, refreshments, and activities for all ages.

This is followed by The Big Brew for Overgate Hospice on Saturday 20 June (2:00–4:00pm), raising funds for a wonderful local cause, with coffee, cake and a raffle.

Both events promise to be enjoyable afternoons of community, hospitality and fun, and everyone is very welcome to attend.
