Walking the Way – Sunday 8th November 2026 – Final Of the 2026 Year

Our next Walking the Way walk will take place on Sunday 8th November at 2.00pm in Ripponden.

We will meet at Royd Lane Car Park, Royd Lane, Ripponden, HX6 4BG, where parking is free on Sundays.

Walk Information

• Distance: 3.5 miles

• Difficulty: Moderate, with some inclines and descents

• Terrain: Steps down with a handrail and one stile with a bar across. The route may be muddy and slippery in wet weather, so please take care.

• Facilities: No facilities along the route, although pubs and cafés are available near the start and finish.

• Recommended: Walking boots and walking poles.

Please Note

This will be our final walk of the year, as there will be no walk in December. We will be taking a break over the festive season and look forward to walking together again in January 2027.
