West Yorkshire Savoyards at Boothtown & Southowram

On Sunday 11th June 2023 Boothtown & Southowram hosted a concert of Gilbert & Sullivan favourites performed by West Yorkshire Savoyards.

"We hope everyone had an enjoyable time at our Right Royal Concert of Gilbert and Sullivan favourites with our friends, The West Yorkshire Savoyards, who performed extracts from Ruddigore, The Gondoliers, The Pirates of Penzance, Princess Ida, The Mikado, Iolanthe, Utopia Limited, The Sorcerer, Yeoman of the Guard and HMS Pinafore!

With thanks to their musical director, Oliver Longstaff, accompanist Andrew Bedford, MCs John Carter and Roz Ebbetts and the West Yorkshire Savoyards chorus!
